Hi Everyone,
My name is Mallikarjun R. Kawaddevi, and I come from Solapur City, in the Maharashtra. Currently I stay in Bhiwandi, a city in Thane District of Maharshtra. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.com), at Hirachand Nemchand College of Commerce, Solapur and Bacherlor of Law (LL.B) studies at DGB Dayanand Law College, Solapur. I am also professional program student at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). My first job was Accounting where I have gained exposure of Taxation aspect including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Direct Tax, Vat, etc.
Currently I am a practicing Advocate in Bombay High Court at Bombay and other subordinate courts at Mumbai and its suburban areas. I deal in litigation which includes civil, arbitration, criminal matters, quasi-judicial matters etc.
It has been my passion and interest since my childhood to share knowledge and information with friends, family and people around me. I am very much curious about starting my first of its kind knowledge and information sharing platform.
Why I created this Online Platform?
To this I have very simple answer, during my whole carrier either, be it a Accounting or Advocacy, I came across to various people who are facing difficulties in accessing legal knowledge or litigation procedure and so on, therefore I have decided to share my wide range of experience with the needy persons. Who knows that this knowledge and information may be beneficial to needy people? Being an honest citizen of this country I also have a social responsibility towards the nation and its people.
I hope my readers will get quality content on this platform and gets maximum benefit out of it.
